Nobody wants their car stuck at the mechanic while they're stuck at home. When you book your car in for a service or repair at our Epping workshop, ask us about a loan car and we'll do our best to sort you one, so you're not left without wheels. Drop your keys with us, grab the loan car keys, and get on with your day: work, school pick-up, footy training, whatever's on, sorted.
We only run a small fleet of loan cars, so charges apply and they're subject to availability. The earlier you flag it when booking, the better chance we've got of holding one for you.
Plenty of workshops advertise "free" loan cars, then quietly load the cost into the invoice, an inflated insurance excess, or an "admin fee" you don't see coming. We'd rather just tell you upfront: our loan car fee is a small, nominal charge, quoted before you book, so there's nothing hiding on the bill.

We're based at our Epping workshop but drivers drop in from all over the north, Lalor, Thomastown, Mill Park, South Morang, Mernda, Doreen, Bundoora, Wollert, Craigieburn, Donnybrook, Roxburgh Park, Greenvale, Glenroy, Coburg, Brunswick, Preston and Reservoir included. Yes, a nominal charge applies for loan car hire. We quote it upfront when you book, unlike places that advertise a "free" loan car and then bury the cost in the invoice or excess. No surprises on the bill.

A current, valid driver's licence. We'll run through a quick condition check of the loan car together before you drive off.
Loan cars are available for jobs booked in at our Epping workshop. If one of our mobile mechanics comes to you, your car never leaves your driveway, so a loan car isn't needed.
