These terms apply to your use of haautorepairs.com and to bookings and work you arrange with HA Auto Repairs Pty Ltd ("HA Auto Repairs", "we", "us"). Nothing in them limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

HA Auto Repairs Pty Ltd, ABN 76 682 888 599, licence AU064955L, operates a workshop at Unit 25/30 Willandra Drive, Epping VIC 3076 and provides a mobile mechanic service across Melbourne's northern suburbs.
Payment is due when the work is completed and the vehicle is collected, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. We may keep a vehicle until the account is paid, as the law allows. We may ask for payment up front for special-order parts.
Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or change an appointment, ideally at least 24 hours. Call 0423 046 659 or reply to your confirmation. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book online in future. Special-order parts that have already been ordered for you may be non-refundable.
We stand behind our work. Parts and workmanship supplied by us are covered by warranty, and we will discuss the details for your job when we quote. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, neglect, modification, or work done by someone else after we have finished. These terms sit alongside, and do not replace, the consumer guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded: services must be provided with due care and skill, and goods must be of acceptable quality and fit for purpose.
We take care of vehicles while they are with us. Please remove valuables before drop-off. We are not liable for personal items left in a vehicle. You confirm that you own the vehicle or have the owner's authority to arrange the work. Test drives may be needed to diagnose or check repairs.
Where a loan car is available and offered to you, it is subject to availability, a valid driver's licence and any conditions explained when you collect it. You are responsible for fuel, fines and tolls during the loan, and for any excess if the vehicle is damaged while in your care.
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to disrupt it, scrape it in bulk, or submit false or abusive booking requests. The content and branding on the site belong to us and may not be reused without permission. We try to keep the information on the site accurate and current, but do not guarantee that it is error-free.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as loss of income or the cost of alternative transport, arising from our services or this website. Where the law permits us to limit our liability for a breach of a consumer guarantee, our liability is limited to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page applies to bookings made after the update date. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, and the courts of Victoria have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
